CONSUMER HEALTH DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Required by the Washington My Health My Data Act

WellFit Holdings LLC · 19 September 2026

This is a separate policy, and deliberately short. It covers only consumer health data. Everything else about how PhyzSeek handles information is in the general Privacy Policy, which this policy does not repeat.

What we mean by consumer health data

Information about your body and your physical activity that we collect through PhyzSeek. It is listed in full below rather than described in general terms.

1. The consumer health data we collect

Information you give us
— Date of birth, sex, body weight, height.
— Resting heart rate and maximum heart rate, where you enter them.
— The results you record for a workout or a fitness test.

Information recorded while you train
— Heart rate, sampled continuously during a workout, and the recovery figures calculated from it.
— Calories estimated from your heart rate, age, sex and weight.
— Workout duration, exercise-by-exercise pacing, and completion.
— For an outdoor run: distance, pace, per-mile splits, GPS signal coverage and outdoor temperature.
— An approximate location, accurate to about 110 metres, recorded at the start of a workout. It is used only to avoid sending you a duplicate notification when you train alongside another member.

Information from Apple Health, only if you allow it
— Heart rate and active energy. These two types and no others.

2. Where it comes from

— You, when you type it into the app.
— Your phone's sensors — GPS for outdoor runs, motion for step and activity detection.
— A heart-rate monitor you choose to connect over Bluetooth.
— Apple Health, if you grant permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time in the iOS Health app.

We do not buy consumer health data, and we do not receive it from data brokers, advertising networks or any other third party.

3. What we use it for

— Calculating your heart-rate zones, calorie estimates and fitness score.
— Showing you your own workout, run and test history.
— Ranking your results against other members, which is the core purpose of the product.
— Sending notifications you have turned on — for example when a competitor completes a workout.
— Operating, securing and supporting the service.

We do not use consumer health data for advertising, and we do not sell it. PhyzSeek contains no advertising and no advertising software.

4. What is shared, and with whom

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for anyone else's own purposes.

It is handled by a small number of service providers acting on our instructions:
— Our hosting and database provider (Amazon Web Services), which stores the data.
— Apple, which processes subscription payments and delivers push notifications. A notification you have turned on can name a member and the result they recorded, so that much passes through Apple's delivery service. We send Apple no other health data, and none of the information you record is used for payment.
— A weather service (Open-Meteo), which supplies the outdoor temperature for a run. The lookup happens on your phone, and the coordinate is rounded to roughly a kilometre before it is sent. No precise location is disclosed, and no health data is sent with it.

PhyzSeek contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or marketing software of any kind, so no such company receives anything.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a person.

5. What other members can see

This matters and is easy to miss, so it is stated here as well as in the general Privacy Policy. PhyzSeek is a comparison product. Your name, profile photograph, age, fitness score and number of completed workouts can be visible to any signed-in member who finds you, including by searching your name, and your results appear on leaderboards. Your body weight, resting heart rate and heart-rate records are not shown to other members.

6. How long we keep it

While your account exists, we keep it.

When you delete your account, we delete or empty the information that identifies you. Your workout, run and test records are kept so that other members' rankings, which are calculated against them, do not change. Those records are no longer shown to you or to other members, they are not presented under your name, and we do not attempt to re-identify them.

Some information remains for a limited period in encrypted backups.

7. Your rights

You may, at any time:
— Ask for a copy of the consumer health data we hold about you.
— Delete your account and the data described in section 6, from Settings in the app or by emailing support@phyzseek.com.
— Withdraw your consent to our collection or sharing of consumer health data.
— Withdraw Apple Health access in the iOS Health app, or disconnect a heart-rate monitor, at any time.
— Turn off location for PhyzSeek in iOS Settings. Outdoor runs then record time and heart rate but no distance.

To make a request, email support@phyzseek.com. We will confirm receipt, and respond within the period the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights, and you may appeal a refusal by replying to our response.
